Ice cream in coffee? What an easy way to add cream and sugar all in one! AND you can use different flavors of ice cream to create any flavor coffee. So so yummy! Try this coffee ice cream float, you’ll thank me 😉

First brew yourself a fresh cup of coffee

Grab some chocolate or cocoa powder if you want to make it a mocha coffee ice cream float.

I used 2 tablespoons of Nesquik to mix into the hot coffee.

Then I used 3 scoops of Vanilla Bean ice cream. You can use any flavor ice cream you want! Mix it a little bit after adding the ice cream to your coffee. If you want your coffee to be colder, just add some ice before you add the ice cream.

Now you have a delicious coffee ice cream float! Enjoy!
Coffee Ice Cream Float Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 8-12oz fresh brewed cup coffee
- 2 tablespoons Nesquik or other chocolate (optional)
- 3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream (or ice cream of choice)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions
- Brew a cup of coffee
- Mix chocolate first
- Add ice if using to make coffee colder
- Add scoops of ice cream
- Stir and enjoy!
