Coffee Ice Cream Float Recipe

Ice cream in coffee? What an easy way to add cream and sugar all in one! AND you can use different flavors of ice cream to create any flavor coffee. So so yummy! Try this coffee ice cream float, you’ll thank me 😉

Coffee Ice Cream Float recipe

First brew yourself a fresh cup of coffee

Brew a cup of fresh coffee

Grab some chocolate or cocoa powder if you want to make it a mocha coffee ice cream float.

I like to use Nesquik chocolate to mix in the coffee

I used 2 tablespoons of Nesquik to mix into the hot coffee.

Use 1 or 2 tablespoons of nesquik to mix into the coffee

Then I used 3 scoops of Vanilla Bean ice cream. You can use any flavor ice cream you want! Mix it a little bit after adding the ice cream to your coffee. If you want your coffee to be colder, just add some ice before you add the ice cream.

Use 2 or 3 scoops of ice cream (I used vanilla bean) to make your coffee ice cream float

Now you have a delicious coffee ice cream float! Enjoy!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Hot Mocha Coffee Recipe

I make most of my coffee drinks at home and I’m all about quick and easy. This peanut butter mocha is delicious and you probably have almost all the ingredients already.

Peanut Butter Mocha Ingredients

1 cup hot coffee

1tbs PB fit

1/2 tbs Cocoa Powder

2 tbs (or more) Monk Fruit Sweetener (Or sugar, or your favorite sweetener)

1 tsp Vanilla

Heavy whipping cream (or your favorite creamer) to taste

Mix all ingredients in your hot coffee, top with cream and enjoy!

Iced Mexi Mocha with Vanilla

Iced Mexi Mocha with Vanilla

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup fresh brewed coffee or 2 shots of espresso
  • 2 tbls. Mexican Chocolate
  • 1/8 cup vanilla syrup
  • 5 ice cubes
  • Milk
Instructions
  1. I like to use a 20oz cup or glass for this drink, but you could go smaller if you like stronger coffee flavor, or cut it down to 1 shot instead of 2.
  2. First put the chocolate and syrup into the cup.
  3. Pour in the coffee/espresso and stir until the chocolate is well mixed with no lumps.
  4. Now put in your ice cubes.
  5. Fill the rest of the way with milk
  6. Stir and enjoy!

Egg nog, Hazelnut Frappe Recipe

Place all ingredients into the blender and blend for at least 30 seconds. You’ll want to make sure you blend long enough that there are no ice chunks left. That’s one thing I can’t stand is when my blended drink ends up have  chunks of ice in it! Pour into your 16oz glass, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg and Enjoy!

Egg nog, Hazelnut Frappe

Here’s a quick, blended holiday drink. It’s very simple, but very yummy! The perfect blend of eggnog and hazelnut…delectably smooth and creamy coffee drink!


  1. 1.5 cups ice
    or 10 ice cubes
  2. 1/3 cup
    cold coffee
  3. 1/3 cup
    eggnog
  4. 1/3 cup hazelnut creamer
    (I love International Delight)
